COMMON O R D E R These writ petitions are filed seeking for issuance of certiorari to quash the orders dated 22.08.2019 and 01.10.2019 respectively, issued by the second respondent in Approval Petition Nos.472 of 2018 and 132 of 2018 respectively.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsels appearing for the first and second respondents are present. 3.
When this matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents have jointly submitted that the issue involved in these writ petitions and the other issues were settled under Section 18 (1) of the I.D.Act, 1947. Copies of the settlement dated 27.03.2024 and 29.03.2024 respectively, have been filed before this Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the settlement that occurred between the petitioner and the first respondent was informed to the Government as well.

In view of the above settlement, cause does not survive to prosecute any more in these writ petitions. These writ petitions are disposed of as per the terms under Section 18 (1) of the I.D. Act, 1942, dated Page No.3 of 5

vca 27.03.2024 and 29.03.2024 respectively and the copy of the settlement which is filed before the Court is made a part of this order. Connected W.M.Ps are closed. No costs.
