Hear both sides.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that all the conditions imposed by this Court in Page Nos.1/3

Crl.M.P.No.6176 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12811 of 2023, dated 08.04.2024. had been complied with by the petitioner/accused regularly.

3. In the light of the above submissions made by him, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12811 of 2023, dated 14.06.2023 in Crime No.31 of 2023 against the petitioner/Accused are relaxed in toto.
