This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24818 of 2023 on 26.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioner are directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week for a period of three weeks and thereafter relaxed.
