Having perused the affidavit filed in support of these respective applications and having considered the facts that the applicants may have invested in the company under liquidation, and since the company is yet to be dissolved by an order of this Court, the Court is of the view that these applications can be allowed.

2. Therefore, these applications stand allowed. The Official Liquidator is directed to adjudicate the claim of the respective applicants.
