2. In accordance with the request made by the learned District Munsif, Harur, vide letter dated 17.12.2020 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court passed in CRP.PD.No.4297 of 2019 dated 06.01.2020, the period to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.104 of 2016, is extended by three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned District Munsif, Harur.
