This petition has been filed to extend the time for a period of two weeks to execute the sureties as per order in Crl.O.P.No.17203 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 12.01.2024 and no further time will be granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
