A.No.104 of 2024 in C.S.No.27 of 1989 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to return the original document, Sale Deed in Document No.D-63 with registered Document No.740 of 1981 dated 30.03.1981, on the file of the Sub Registrar, Dindigul. 2.On going through the affidavit filed in support of the application, I find that the document is required for the purpose of obtaining patta and for substitution of the legal heirs in view of the demise of the father. 3.An undertaking is also given that the applicant would not take any advantage of the original document being returned, by indulging in alienation of the subject property. He has also undertaken to produce the original document as and when required by the Court. I am inclined to accept the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the application.
