This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above appeal. Against the order of the learned Sole Arbitrator dated 18.05.2024 passed in Application No.1 of 2024 in the unnumbered Arbitration case of 2024 in the matter of the Partnership deed dated 02.07.2020.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed to allow this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

6. Accordingly this Petition is ordered.
