This application has been filed to amend the Original Petition as detailed in the schedule to the Judges Summons so as to include the estate of the deceased second petitioner and to carry out the amendment in the relevant places in the Original Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that since the second petitioner died, to obtain a consolidated certificate for the administration of the estate of the mother and sisters of the applicants, they have filed the present petition for amendment.

Considering the nature of amendment and the averments in the affidavit filed along with this application, this application is Ordered.

4. Post on 18.12.2023 at 2.15 p.m. for recording evidence. The applicants are directed to carry out necessary amendment and file amended copy of the petition by then.
