This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 367 days in filing the Leave against the Order passed in S.C.No.33 of 2015 dated 15.04.2026 passed by the learned Session Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court), Coimbatore.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

4. Recording the said submissions, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 367 days is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
