ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the

2 Cont.P. No.162 of 2024 respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.19134 of 2022 dated 27.07.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted on instructions that investigation, in the above case, has been completed and final report was filed before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 21.02.2024 and E-Filing No.202400002 has been issued.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to act upon the final report within a period of 4 weeks and proceed further in accordance witth law.
