ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a month i..e, on second and fourth Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13457 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7149 of 2025, dated 10.07.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation has been completed and final report also filed.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13457 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7149 of 2025, dated 10.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands 2/4
