ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation and direct the second respondent to issue a certified copy of FIR, Vehicle document involved in accident in FIR.No.5 of 2019 pending before the second respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.09.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband met with an accident and he sustained severe injuries. An F.I.R was also registered by the respondent police in this regard. The petitioner wants to file a Motor Accident Claims Petition for his husband and therefore, she is in need of certain documents in order to proceed further with the case. The complaint of the petitioner is that these documents have not been furnished by the respondent police and therefore, the petitioner is not in a position to file a claim petition before the Tribunal. 2/4

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to issue First Information Report, Vehicle documents involved in accident in FIR.No.5 of 2019 to the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
