This petition is filed to permit the applicants/appellants to serve notice on the respondents 3 and 4 by way of paper publication. 2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit for permitting the applicants/appellants to serve notice by publication. Hence, this petition is ordered. The petitioners are permitted to take notice to the respondents 3 and 4 by way of substituted service through paper publication in a Tamil Daily "Dina Thanthi" - Chennai Edition. The publication should specifically read that the Appeal will be posted for hearing on 03.02.2025. The publication shall be made giving at least two weeks' time for the respondents to enter appearance.
