Crl.M.P.No.18769 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.28399 of 2019 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J This Court is inclined to modify clause 6(c) only of the order dated 14.11.2019 as follows:

"6(c) The petitioner is directed to furnish documents worth to market value about Rs.10/- lakhs before the Magistrate Court and the Magistrate is to test the value."

2. Registry is directed to incorporate the same in the order dated 14.11.2019 and issue fresh order copy of the petitioner.

3. Time frame fixed by this Court is extended till 14.02.2020.
