This petition has been filed seeking extension of parole for another period of 3 months to the petitioner's father, namely, Abraham @ Rajasekaran, S/o.James David, aged about 73 years, Convict No.16844 IP No.51122, Central Prison, Cuddalore.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court, vide order dated 05.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.15976 of 2019 in H.C.P.No.2979 of 2018 has extended the leave for six more weeks. Further, this Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
