O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to survey the petitioner Rayatwari house plot property situated at Tiruvannamalai District, Vandavasi Taluk, Kandavaratti village No.77, Old Survey No.88/14 pa, New Survey and sub-division No.88/20 which is total extent of 120 square meter based on the petitioner on-line application along with survey fee Challan No.20230824014638 dated 24.08.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 24.08.2023, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible,

after issuing notice to the petitioner, all the adjacent land owners namely, all the land owners of the four boundaries of the subject property and all the interested parties/rival claimants if any, as the case may be and conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The abovesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
