Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to survey his property measuring an extent of 120 sq.mt comprised in Old Survey No.88/14 pa, New Survey and sub-division No.88/21 situated at Tiruvannamalai District, Vandavasi Taluk, Kandavaratti Village No.77, by considering his on-line application along with survey fee Challan No.20230824014672, dated 24.08.2023. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will take necessary action on the petitioner's on-line application forthwith.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 24.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner and rival claimants/interested parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
