[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner, who is a life convict (Prisoner No.0681), has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents to retain him at Central Prison, Salem, to undergo his remaining punishment period based on the petitioner's wife representation dated 02.12.2019.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
3. Though very many contentions have been raised, this Court finds that the prayer itself is self-explanatory. Therefore, without dealing with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court directs first respondent to consider the representation of petitioner's wife dated 02.12.2019 and pass orders in accordance with law at the earliest, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
