ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Mahila Court Judge (Magistrate level), Coimbatore to complete the trial expeditiously in C.C.No.2 of 2017 pending on the file of learned Mahila Court Judge (Magistrate level), Coimbatore.

The C.C., is of the year 2017 and the offence alleged against the petitioner is under Sections 498(A), 506

(1) and 109 of IPC. The allegation made in the final report as well as the statement of the witnesses makes out a prima facie case against the petitioner. Therefore, there are no grounds to quash the final report at this stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Mahila Court Judge (Magistrate level), Coimbatore is directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
