before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and handover the petitioner's daughter.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's minor daughter had gone missing from 21.11.2023, a complaint in this regard came to be registered by the second respondent police in Cr.No.540 of 2023. In this background, the petitioner has also given a representation dated 22.11.2023 to respondents 1 and 2. However, since no action has been taken, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner

that the petitioner's minor daughter has been secured and has now living under the care and custody of her parents, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
