This writ petition has been filed seeking quash of the impugned order of suspension issued by the second respondent in Roc.No.5195/2019/C1 dated 15.11.2019 and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service in the post of Junior Assistant in second respondent Corporation with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was reinstated into service and she is now working. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in the present petition.
