Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the notification dated 25.10.2023 in notification No. 03/2023 issued by the nd respondent and quash the same and further direct the 2 nd respondent to issue fresh notification by classifying the Graduate Teachers in two groups following the level 3 and 4 of first schedule of the Regulations 2014 of the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE).
