This petition has been filed to relax the condition "considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram, till the order of committal and thereafter appear before the Sessions Court until further orders", of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.16055 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19892 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023 in Crime No.87 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear during the Court hearing dates before the Trial Court.
