PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to survey the land in S.F.No.256/1 to an extent of 2 Acres 78 cents situated in Karalavadi Village, Thalavadi Taluk, Erode District by considering my representation dated 21.11.2023 within a time stipulated by providing the police protection by the 3rd respondent and to consider my representation dated 21.11.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to survey the land in S.F.No.256/1 to an extent of 2 Acres 78 cents situated in Karalavadi Village, Thalavadi Taluk, Erode District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2023 within a time stipulated by providing the police protection by the 3rd respondent and to consider petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.M.Dinesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, no current paper or CSR has been assigned till date and a decision will be taken on the petitioner's 2/5

representation dated 21.11.2023 at the earliest.

4. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2023 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
