PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.8.2024 and thereby direct the respondents to transfer the patta from the vendor's vendor name into the petitioner's name as per the settlement deed in doc.No. 496 of 2019 dated 13.2.20219 on the file of Joint Sub-Registrar Office No.2, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District in Old Survey Nos.71/6 & 71/6B, present survey Nos.71/6B1A1A1A & 71/6B2 situated at Baiyanappalli Village, Krishnagiri District to an extent of 1,592 1/4 sq.ft. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner's representation dated 22.8.2024 for transfer of patta in respect of Old Survey Nos.71/6 & 71/6B, present survey Nos. 71/6B1A1A1A & 71/6B2 situated at Baiyanappalli Village, Krishnagiri District to an extent of 1,592 1/4 sq.ft. has not been considered to date. Aggrieved by that, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that necessary charges have not been remitted by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the said submission, the writ petition is allowed directing the petitioner to pay the requisite charges, if not already paid and on receipt of such payment, the third respondent shall consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 22.8.2024 and pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of payment of charges,. No costs.
