Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fourth Respondents to take appropriate action to clear the sludge and debris dumped at the public road, by the Fifth Respondent herein by considering the Petitioner representation dated 28.11.2019.
