In continuation of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.34491 & 34496 of 2023, dated 15.12.2023, it is now stated by the learned counsel the petitioner that in the common order passed in these two Writ Petitions, W.P.No.34491 of 2023, relates to regularization of suspension period, which is not connected with W.P.No.34496 of 2023. The common order passed on 15.12.2023 considers the prayer sought for by the petitioner in W.P.No.34496 of 2023 alone.

3. It is now noticed that since both the Writ Petitions were tagged together under a common item in the cause list, the mistake seems to have occurred.
