PRAYER: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to act in accordance with the agreement deed enclosed in the letter in IX/TT/19-20 dated 09.11.2019 for a period of one year from the date of agreement or till the date of finalization of the next year Transport Tender, whichever is later.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.
2.Subsequent to the earlier hearing dated 16.12.2019, the petitioner had given letters to the 2nd and 3rd respondent dated 17.12.2019 and 18.12.2019 and the following undertaking was given by the petitioner, which is extracted below: "As per the direction of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras in W.P.No.34850/2019 on 16.12.2019, we submit our undertaking as follows.
1) We will deliver the goods on 'Door Delivery' basis to all destinations.
2) We will lift the consignment immediately on receipt on intimation from TNTC Head Office/Warehouse, Erode and the delivery will be made promptly as per the instructions without fail.
3) We will deliver the consignment within 24 hours from the time of loading and in case there is any delay, the losses incurred will be recovered from us."
3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
