The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant took private notice to the respondents, however, the same returned as 'addressee cannot be located' and sought permission of this Court to effect service through paper publication. 2.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this petition is ordered. Appellant is permitted to effect service through paper publication in one issue of any leading Tamil Vernacular Newspaper which have wide circulation in the vicinity indicating the next date of hearing as 09.12.2024 on or before 05.12.2024.
