This Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment dated 14.08.2019 made in Crl.A.No.126 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge of Erode at Gobichettipalayam, confirming the conviction and sentence passed against the Petitioner in STC.No.1021 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1 of Gobichettipalayam, vide the Judgment dated 10.04.2018.

2.Even though three times the matter was posted before Lok Adalat, the Petitioner has not appeared and hence the matter was reverted to this Court. On 01.06.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 13.06.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, though sufficient opportunities have been given to the parties, no one represented on behalf of the parties.
