2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. Though notice has been served on the second respondent and his name has been printed in the cause list, none appeared.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
