This petition has been filed to relax one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m.until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24289 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and further, investigation is pending.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24289 of 2024 by order dated 01.10.2024 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m.

until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
