This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday for a period of two months in Crl.M.P.No.15219 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25464 of 2024 by order dated 30.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
