This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14173 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19659 of 2024 by an order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14173 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19659 of 2024 on 15.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri, on the 2nd working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
