2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 27025 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned NDPS Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
