This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "7(a) the petitioner shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days" in Crl.OP.No.25843 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 26 days and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur in C.C.No.80 of 2024.
