This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu, on working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25840 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25840 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu, on 22.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
