The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one of the condition that the petitioner has to report before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore on every working day at 10:30 a.m.until further orders by order dated 28.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20322 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is taken on file before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore and the next date of hearing is posted on 31.12.2024.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20322 of 2024 by order dated 28.08.2024 to report before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore on the second working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
