This petition is filed to condone the delay of 231 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mrs.N.B.Surekha, the learned counsel, who takes notice for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company, submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.In view of the no objection given by the 2nd respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 231 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
