ORDER
By order, dated 26.02.2024, this Court while dismissing the Civil Revision Petition, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.47 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.However, the learned Judge, II Additional District Court, Arakkonam vide letter dated 19.10.2024 while explaining the circumstances under which, the suit could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, requested to extend time for a period of 4 months, to dispose of the suit. 3.Considering the same, time for a period of 4 months is extended for disposal of the suit.
