ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the order dated 15.06.2004 passed by the second respondent, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to produce the completion certificate of the newly constructed building at Nos.23 and 25 (Old Nos.11 and 12) Kalathiappa Street, Choolai, Chennai-600 112, for the purpose of effecting Electricity service connection.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned standing counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that after production of the completion certificate by the petitioner, service connection was given to the premises of the petitioner. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
