This Court, vide judgment dated 15.10.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal No.589 of 2019, granted bail to the petitioner/appellant on condition to appear before the second respondent herein / Police at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. everyday until further orders. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioner/appellant has filed Crl.M.P.No.15311 of 2019 and this Court, vide order, dated 19.11.2019, has relaxed the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the second respondent herein / Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am, until further orders. Seeking relaxation of the same, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that though the petitioner/appellant is facing difficulty in appearing before the second respondent / police on every Monday and Friday, he has been regularly complying with the said condition imposed by this Court, till date.

3. The submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant has been conceded by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner / appellant shall appear before the second respondent / Police, once in fortnight, i.e. on every 1st and 15th of every English Calender Month (starting from 15th January 2020) at 10.30 a.m., without fail, until further orders.

5.This petition is accordingly ordered.
