This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in NCB.F.No. 48/1/16/2024/NCB/MDS on the file of the respondentPolice herein to the file of any other competent investigation agency to conduct a free and fair investigation and to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for NCB Cases appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that on completion of investigation in NCB.F.No.48/1/16/2024/NCB/MDS in R.R.No.38 of 2024 final report was filed before the learned Principal Special Court Under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.45 of 2025.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to take all his defence during trial in C.C.No.45 of 2025.
