ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the impugned proceedings against the petitioners in M.C.No.57 of 2019 dated 05.08.2019 pending on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first respondent has initiated the proceedings under section 107 Cr.P.C. before this Court in M.C.No.57 of 2019 dated 05.08.2019 with the information of the second respondent.
