The petitioners in Crime No.35 of 2023, registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The names of the petitioners herein are not found in the First Information Report and they are not accused as on date. But, however a caveat is placed that they should co-operate during the investigation and they must respond to any notices issued by the respondent. Stating as follows, anticipatory bail stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition, if need arises.
