ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking restraint against the respondents, particularly the 3rd and 4th respondents, from digging a new drainage in the patta land of the writ petitioners in S.No.70/2K, 76 in Ravuthanallur Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents had taken time to verify the nature of the land and the holding of the aforementioned land. It had thereafter been determined that the land belongs to the petitioner. There was an initial digging, which had been done, but subsequently having realized

that fact, the respondents have now levelled the land. This fact is also affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No further orders are required. The said statements are recorded. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
