ORDER

Challenging the impugned order dated 01.11.2023 passed in E.A.No.1 of 2023 in E.P.No.6 of 2018 in RCOP.No.68 of 2015, this civil revision petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 1 and 2 who are the parents of the petitioner initiated rent control proceedings against the petitioner along with two others in RCOP.No.68 of 2015 and also filed an application under section 11(4) wherein the petitioner is not a party and the trial judge ordered for eviction. Challenging the said order, RCA.No.43 of 2019 has been filed.

3. In view of the pendency of RCA, the petitioner has to work out his remedy in the said appeal. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed and RCA.No.43 of 2019 is directed to be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Until then, the decree holders / respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to pay batta. No costs.
