The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the settlement under section 18 (1) was entered into between the Management and workmen on 03.10.2017 and the same is in force. Thus, the workmen are entitled for the benefits in accordance with the said 18 (1) settlement.

2. Based on the oral submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner to withdraw the petition, this Court has granted permission to withdraw the writ petition.
