Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to and connected with proceedings of the I Respondent herein namely ROC.A4/15630/2004I resulting to the order dated 31.05.2004 made therein, quashing the same and directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to avail all retirement benefits.

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to and connected with proceedings of the I Respondent herein namely ROC.A4/15630/2004-I resulting to the order dated 31.05.2004 made therein, quashing the same and directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to avail all retirement benefits.

in the writ petition has become infractuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
